U-um, has anyone... has anyone seen Luki? I've been here all by myself for almost a week now and I'm hungry and lost and I don't know where Luki is. And Mama is going to be so, sooo mad at me. Luki, please, call me!! I'm mad at you too! But mostly I miss you and I'm scared.

[Eye Color] Noki has heterochromia, meaning that her eyes are two different colors. Her right eye is yellow, while her left eye is a deep black or red- it seemingly depends on the art.
[Hair Color] Mint green
[Height] Teeny tiny! Maybe 4'9, 4'10.
[Other] Her right arm is modified to have a gigantic machine gun mounted to it. She also sports a Cerberus spine 'collar' on the back of her neck. She's generally quite thin, almost to the point of looking frail.
[Clothing] An adorable ball of fluff- no, seriously. She wears a hot pink mini-dress with black fur trim and a pink hat with bunny ears. She even has a little bunny tail sewed to the back of her dress. Pink-and-black striped stockings and fur-trimmed ankle boots complete the sickeningly sweet look.

[Background] Not a lot of information is available for Noki's (and by association her twin Luki's) origins. We know that she is an experiment, raised by Angelica Einstellsehn (whom the sisters call 'Mama') in an underground facility whose goal was to create perfect soldiers. The experiments were turned into near-perfect killers-- if they were able to survive. The mental strain would prove to be very extreme for many of them, including Noki and Luki. Both she and her sister have the 'Cerberus spine', which is what gives them their inhuman abilities.

She and Luki work as bounty hunters. They are still being taken care of by Angelica Einstellsehn and the people who work under her, and they live at the facility.
[Personality] A large part of Noki's personality is directly linked to her relationship with her sister, Luki. They are very close. She and her sister finish each other's sentences and often talk in unison. Sometimes they argue, but it often doesn't amount to anything, and it's usually quite petty. They share such a strong mind link that it's not surprising at all that they work so efficiently together as killers.

Noki sees killing as a 'game', and the pursuit of her target as 'playing'. She has a very unfortunately warped sense of morality due to her upbringing and training. She cannot see what is wrong with her actions-- and if she ever does, she can easily laugh it off because, who cares? She's having fun. She is very much a child-- she laughs, grows sad, cries, gets surprised and scared- which is why she is so very unsettling to be around. Her childish behavior is tinged by cruelty and even a touch of very innocent sadism.
[Specialties/Abilities] Noki is one of the many genetic modifications of the post-apocalyptic world in DOGS. A child who was 'enhanced' at a young age, she's obscenely strong and fast due to her Cerberus spine- nearly invulnerable, much like her older brother 'Heine'. Her abilities are equal to that of her sister, Luki. Noki is able to take bullets, stab wounds, beatdowns- she can withstand it all and regenerate at an inhuman rate. She's incredibly athletic and flexible, able to bounce off of walls and ceilings and buildings.

Her specialty is guns. Where her sister, Luki, prefers a variety of blades, Noki wields a large machine gun which is actually attached to her right arm. (Though she is also shown without her large, billowing sleeves, and her arm appears perfectly normal-- so either her limb can literally transform into a gun, or she is modified to have one mounted onto her- it's likely the latter.) She loves to fire randomly-- sometimes even with her eyes closed. She's incredibly reckless in battle, and this can sometimes work against her, too, getting her caught up in sticky situations.

[Affection] If you're not Luki, Noki's idea of 'affection' is to run you into a corner and pump you full of bullets. But she'll appreciate offers of food and anyone who generally doesn't seem interesting enough to 'play' with.
[Fighting] Fighting = playing! If you don't mind taking on a nearly-invincible little girl armed with a 6+ ft machine gun, go for it. Keep in mind that she always fights with her sister, too, so it's literally double trouble.

[Other Facts] Noki is a little fatty. No, seriously. She loves to eat. Both she and her sister love eating, but Noki's like... in love with it, man. Food is her motivation, and also her excuse-- when she damages her gun arm in a fight, her claim is that it happened because she was hungry (and not, you know, a screw-up).
